Amy Rebecca is the founder of Iris Bridge Coaching and Consulting. She works with senior leaders to expand and deepen their influence in complex, fast-paced environments. Her specialized focus is on deepening collaboration, building trust and psychological safety, creating a feedback-positive, learning environment so that teams and organizations can create, innovate, pivot and adapt at the speed of business.

In Amy Rebecca’s coaching with clients, they identify embedded beliefs, emotions, resistance and somatic habits of attention to shift entrenched patterns that are no longer adaptive. The work is not merely about goals or behaviors but involves shifting their way of being so that leaders can step into a more grounded, powerful, influential leadership presence required for organizations to serve their clients in a VUCA environment.
