Conflict is a powerful force for innovation when it is used constructively. Sometimes in organizations, personalities, disagreements about priorities, or deep misunderstandings can get in the way of purposeful, collaborative conflict. Mediation is a confidential, supportive process that helps the parties surface the underlying issues and create a sustainable path forward.

Organizational Climate Assessment

Through a custom designed and engaging exploration, we provide valuable insights about how employees are experiencing their work life so that leaders can identify what is working well and what is contributing to poop performance, turnover, low morale, unconstructive and interpersonal conflict and a lack of engagement. Our actionable recommendations are designed to create a collaborative culture.
